Plat Band: a narrow, projecting feature usually marking a divider between floors in a building. This is often moulded to appear as string.
Roll moulding: Any moulding which results in a circular pattern.Scallop: A typical ornament shaped like a shell, typically placed above doorways.
Swag: A moulding which depicts a garland of fruit and/or flowers, specifically a decoration which appears to be suspended at each end with the centre sagging.
Tympanum: This is the section surrounded by the mouldings within a pediment. The tympanum is typically highly decorated.
